MathMate is a straightforward, focused maths practice app for early learners, built as a companion to SightSeed within the same educational app family — same audience, same philosophy of clear, level-appropriate practice, different skill.

Three levels, mapped directly to what’s actually taught

• Level 1 (Grade R–1) — addition and subtraction within 20, the foundation every learner starts with.
• Level 2 (Grade 2) — addition and subtraction within 99, including carrying, plus the first times tables: ×2, ×5, and ×10.
• Level 3 (Grade 3) — addition and subtraction within 999, full times tables through 12, and division facts.

Built around how kids actually answer maths problems
Unlike SightSeed’s voice-based approach, MathMate uses the phone’s own numeric keypad for input — fast, familiar, and reliable regardless of a noisy room or a shy student. Every level works untimed by default, so the focus stays on getting the answer right. From Level 2 onward, an optional timed speed-drill mode is available for students ready to build fluency and quick recall, not just correctness.
